Roserv Green Energy (Rafo-Onești)
ROSERV GREEN ENERGY aims to establish the largest logistics centre in the Moldova region and transform a traditional petroleum refinery into a green energy provider and a bio compounds production unit.
Recently included in the GRAMPET Group portfolio, the petroleum refining unit in Onești (formerly known as RAFO) is one of the four largest refineries in Romania, with an installed capacity of 3.5 million tons/year of crude oil.
In recent years, the refinery has been temporarily closed for renovation and investment programs. The current conditions of the petroleum refining industry for fuel production have led us to initiate an investment program to modernize the refining unit towards renewable energy production, hydrogen, biofuels, and ethers.
